Yoga class and babies get to exercise growing muscles as well as growing brains while socializing with other babies. All levels
Prenatal Pilates – Pilates
is one of the best exercises a woman can practice at any stage during pregnancy. Pilates exercises strengthen the core muscles
of the abdomen, back and pelvis and help maintain a strong and healthy body throughout pregnancy. Prenatal Pilates helps maintain
abdominal tone in a safe way that helps prevent or minimize "diastasis recti" (separation of the abdominal muscles
that may occur during pregnancy and/or delivery). Classes are open level and beginners are welcome. Exercises can be modified
throughout the pregnancy to accommodate women at all stages. Group class size is limited to ensure personalized attention.
Class is 1 hour.
Prenatal Yoga –
Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen
their experience and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and relieve the common discomforts of
pregnancy; relaxation techniques and breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic floor toning to enhance
postnatal recovery. This class is beneficial at anytime during pregnancy. All levels welcome.
